Processing: Once you place an order, your order begins processing. Processing can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Processing is not a part of the shipping time. This is simply your money being confirmed through my website until it can be passed over to me 
Business Days: Business days are Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. For example, if you order on 12/24, your first processing day will be 12/26.
Shipping: All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package is out of  Lola’s Beauty Collection care, your package is no longer in our hands and is no longer our responsibility. Any concerns must be taken up with USPS. In some cases, we may contact USPS on your behalf.
Items: In-stock items ship out the same day if ordered before 5 PM central time.
